Our commitment
medica mondiale. Based in Cologne, this great institution supports women and girls in conflict areas. With a lot of passion and an outstanding organization, projects are created and supported. Many courageous employees are committed to helping disadvantaged women and victims of war crimes, for example, or helping women to set up their own small business - and have been doing so for 30 years. We are proud of our commitment to medica mondiale - because only with strong women can we pave the way to a good future for us all!
We are committed to helping women and girls worldwide.
We chose medica mondiale as the organization that we support. As Inka's sister works for medica mondiale, we are always informed about the ongoing projects and are absolutely delighted with the valuable work that is being done.
For this reason, we proudly donate a large sum every year to help empower girls and women in the most difficult situations.
Incidentally, our business partners also make a small contribution every year. By not sending wine or sweets as Christmas gifts, but "only" a Christmas thank you with the note that we will forgo them and add the amount for the gift to our personal donation. We think this is worth much more than alcohol or more calories that don't enrich the lives of our counterparts. The good feeling and perhaps even the inspiration to do this ourselves in the future may not turn things around - but we have to start somewhere - and ideally as a good role model, right?
